Delivery and payment for retail customers

  • The minimum retail order is 1 unit of product, regardless of your location and the delivery country.
  • After placing your order, a sales manager will contact you to confirm the details. After that, we will send you the invoice for payment in a way that is most convenient for you.
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding the day the order is submitted for production) after payment is received. In case of production delays or depending on the situation in the country, the delivery time may be extended.

Payment methods for retail customers:

  • You can pay for the purchase via the «PrivatBank» account details, cash on delivery (payment upon receipt at the «Nova Poshta» office), or by money transfer: Xoom, MoneyGram, Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, TransferWise.
  • Payment is made in the national currency — ₴ (Ukrainian hryvnia). If you are unable to pay in the specified currency, you can pay in any currency that is convenient for you at the exchange rate on the day of payment.

Delivery terms for retail customers:

  • After dispatch, our manager will contact you and provide all the necessary information for receiving the package.
  • In case of loss or damage to the package, our company is not responsible for the services provided by the transport company.
  • All transportation costs for the delivery of goods are paid by the buyer.

Delivery and payment for wholesale customers and partners

  • In case of loss or damage to the package, our company is not responsible for the services provided by the transport company.
  • All transportation costs for the delivery of goods are paid by the buyer.

Delivery and payment within Ukraine

  • Within Ukraine, we send orders using modern shipping companies: «Nova Poshta» or «Ukrposhta». Orders are shipped — from Monday to Friday. If there are no branches of these companies in your settlement, we can deliver the order through another shipping company, provided that they have a branch in Kharkiv. After dispatch, our manager will contact you and provide all necessary information to receive the package.
  • In Ukraine, payment can be made using the «PrivatBank» account details via mobile banking or at any bank branch. Payment is made in the national currency — ₴ (Ukrainian hryvnia). If you are unable to pay in the specified currency, you can make the payment in any convenient currency according to the exchange rate on the payment day. The order is shipped immediately after the payment is received on the company’s account.

Delivery and payment to other countries

  • Delivery to the United States, Europe, and other countries is carried out by shipping companies: «Ukrposhta» or international courier company «EMS». Orders are shipped — from Monday to Friday. If there are no branches of these companies in your settlement, we can deliver the order through another shipping company, provided that they have a branch in Kharkiv.
