- The minimum retail order is 1 item, regardless of your location or country of delivery.

After specifying the contents of the order, we will send you an invoice for payment in any way convenient for you. - Orders are executed within 3-5 working days (not including the day the order was submitted to production) after payment is made. In case of workload of production and depending on the situation in the country, the lead time may increase.
Payment methods for retail customers:
- You can pay for the purchase using the details to the current account of «PrivatBank» or by money transfer: Xoom, Money Gram, Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, and Transfer Wise.
- Payment is made in local currency - Ukrainian hryvnia, if you do not have the opportunity to pay in this currency, you can pay for the purchase in any currency convenient for you at the rate on the day of payment.
Delivery terms for retail customers:
- Within 3-5 working days (not including the day the order was submitted to production), your order will be completed and sent by any convenient for you transportation company: «Nova Poshta», «Ukrposhta» and «International Courier Service EMS».
- After sending, our manager will contact you and give you all the information you need to receive your parcel.
- In the case of loss or damage to the parcel, our company is not responsible for the services of the shipping company.
- All costs for transport services for the delivery of goods are paid by the buyer.

Delivery and payment across the territory of Ukraine
We send orders throughout Ukraine by modern transportation companies: «Nova Poshta» and «Ukrposhta». Shipping days: Monday to Friday. There are cases when in small localities there are no representative offices of the above courier services. Then we will deliver the goods to any other service, provided that its branch is in Kharkiv. After shipping, our manager will contact you and tell you all the information you need to receive the parcel.
In the case of loss or damage to the parcel, our company is not responsible for the services of the shipping company.
You can pay for your purchase in one of several ways:
- Payment according to the details to the settlement account of «PrivatBank». For purchased goods, the manager generates an invoice for payment, sends it to the client, and then pays the specified amount in any bank branch. In this case, the order is shipped as soon as the money comes into the company's account.
- Money transfer to a bank card. The most modern and popular method of payment. The customer transfers the money for the purchase of goods to the company card. Since terminals and bank branches are widespread throughout Ukraine, and the procedure takes a couple of minutes, this is the easiest payment option. After receiving the money, we send the order to the specified address by the agreed courier service.
- Payment is made in local currency - Ukrainian hryvnia, if you do not have the opportunity to pay in this currency, you can pay for the purchase in any currency convenient for you at the rate on the day of payment.
Delivery and payment outside of Ukraine
Delivery to Australia, United States of America, Europe and Asia are performed by transport carriers: «Ukrposhta», «International Courier Service EMS». Shipping days: Monday to Friday. If these companies are not represented in your area, we can send other courier services which have branches in Kharkiv. After shipping, our manager will contact you and let you know all the necessary information for receiving the parcel.

Outside of Ukraine, you can make a payment - to the official bank account or money transfer: Xoom, Money Gram, Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, and Transfer Wise. As soon as the required amount is credited to our account, we will send the goods to the buyer by the agreed courier service.
