Detailed conditions of return and exchange

The return of goods is carried out following the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. Return of goods can be issued on condition:

What products are eligible for return:

• Items that have a manufacturing defect or are not marketable form.
• Items that were sewn in the wrong size or color.
• Returned goods are accepted only in the original packaging with the label.

What products cannot be returned:

• Items without original packaging, labels, and tags.
• Underwear, cosmetics, personal care products.
• Juvenile dresses, if it's not a manufacturing defect.

Following the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» - things that were sewn individually for the client to return and exchange are not subject to. If the goods ordered for objective reasons were not suitable (marriage, or, by mistake, was delivered to a different item), we produce an exchange. In this situation, we will pay for the return and re-shipment transportation costs. In all other cases of exchange or return of goods, transportation costs are paid by the buyer.
