Detailed conditions of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights» within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase. Return and exchange of goods can be issued subject to the following conditions:

What goods are subject to return and exchange

• Products that have manufacturing defects or are not of marketable appearance.
• Products that do not fit in size, color or do not meet your expectations.
• Returned goods are accepted only in the original packaging with a tag.

What goods are not subject to return and exchange

• Goods without original packaging, labels and tags.
• Shoes that have obvious signs of use.
• Underwear, cosmetics, and personal hygiene products.
• Juvenile Dresses, if this is not a manufacturing defect.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights» — things that were sewn individually for the client, are not subject to return and exchange. If the ordered goods for objective reasons do not fit (defective or, by mistake, another product item was delivered), we make an exchange. In this situation, we pay the shipping costs for the return and re-sending of the goods. In all other cases of exchange or return of goods, the buyer pays the shipping costs.
